• As our services involve customized creative work, we do not offer refunds once the project has been initiated or completed.

• Refunds are not applicable for dissatisfaction due to reasons outside the agreed-upon project scope.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of placing the order. After this timeframe, cancellations will not be entertained as work may already be in progress.
